2. What data do we collect?
When you submit a vehicle valuation request, we may collect:
- your phone number;
- city;
- vehicle make, model, year, fuel type and condition;
- additional vehicle details;
- email address, if provided;
- vehicle photos, if uploaded.
If you consent to advertising measurement, we may also receive Google advertising click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), UTM campaign parameters and the landing-page path with your enquiry.
For website security, we may also process your IP address, request time and technical server-log information.
3. How do we use the data?
We use the data only to:
- evaluate the vehicle;
- provide an offer;
- contact you about a possible vehicle purchase;
- arrange inspection, collection and documents;
- protect the website against spam and abuse.
Enquiry data is processed at your request so that we can provide an offer and take steps before a possible transaction.
Website analytics is used only with analytics consent. Advertising identifiers are used only with separate advertising measurement consent to link an advertising click to a submitted enquiry and measure advertising campaign effectiveness.
4. Who may process the data?
The data may be processed through:
- Hostinger – website and backend hosting;
- Google / Gmail – delivery and storage of enquiry emails;
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager – only after analytics consent;
- Google Ads – advertising click and campaign measurement, only after advertising measurement consent.
We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.
5. How long do we keep the data?
Vehicle enquiries, related emails and uploaded photos are kept for 30 days after the enquiry is received.
Advertising identifiers and campaign parameters submitted with an enquiry are retained in the backend with that enquiry for no longer than 30 days.
Server logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
If a transaction is completed, information related to that transaction may be kept longer where required by law.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- provide access to your data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict its processing;
- withdraw analytics or advertising measurement consent.
